Jenny’s road to WIN-TV began at WTNH Channel 8 in New Haven where she wrote, produced and directed local commercials and promotional programming. She continued on to WDRC AM/FM Radio working as Commercial Continuity Director before opening her own web design business in 2001. Jenny is graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in Journalism, as well as Manchester Community College where she studied web design. Jenny is a hometown Windsor girl, who married a hometown Windsor guy, Fred, who together have raised hometown Windsor daughters, Sara, Katie and Michelle. Email: Jenny (dot) h (at) win-tv.org
Deanna WhiteProduction Supervisor/Lead Editor
Deanna attended Manchester Community College and the University of Hartford where she received her degree in multi-media studies. Dee coordinates and supervises all in-studio productions, teaches adult education and works closely with the Town of Windsor departments and civic groups on creating and editing production packages. She heads up WIN-TV’s in-school TV production program with Clover Street School and assists with the Filming Chargers Club and summer KIDVID programs. In addition to her work at WIN-TV, Dee is a freelancer, videographer and editor for Hartford Public Access Television, Cox Cable and various New England promotional events.
Howard MarshTechnology Director / KIDVID Coordinator
Howard is a gifted video producer and filmmaker who brings to his work as KIDVID Coordinator a sense of fun as well as responsibility of teaching great story telling through the medium of television. He is a great role model to our young people, as an example of someone who is always learning and always sharing his passion of television and film.
Phyllis StargardterAdministrative Assistant
Phyllis is not only WIN-TV’s Administrative Assistant, but she does double duty at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce in the same role. Phyllis keeps us organized and on task and also brings with her a creative background as an artist. Come by and see her smiling face and say hello.
