As a community media center, we strive to bring programs that mean something to all.
As a non-profit, 501(c)3, we face many challenges. Keeping current with the ever-changing technology and having enough budget money for an adequate amount of staff members are first and foremost in our challenges. Both go hand in hand. Without enough staff, we can’t offer education to residents in producing, directing, videography, editing, or studio work. We need enough staff to coordinate our popular summer workshops, KIDVID, for kids ages 8-13, as well as our free after-school program for middle school students. And without functioning, up to date, equipment such as video cameras, editing software, studio equipment, field equipment, and accessories, we can’t give residents a true life experience of media literacy in this increasingly technological world.
We rely on donations to keep operating and keep fully staffed. A donation to Windsor Community Television will allow us to continue with our mission of bringing meaningful programs, free of advertising and bias, to the community of Windsor.
Please consider making your tax-deductible donation to Windsor Community Television. Thank you.
